ASESOR\u00cdAS PARA LAS CONTRIBUCIONES Y CARGA TRIBUTARIA DE BIENES RA\u00cdCES<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>

    \n
  • Modificaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n del aval\u00fao fiscal asociado a un bien ra\u00edz; de este aval\u00fao se fija el monto a pagar de las contribuciones de bienes ra\u00edces.<\/li>\n
  • Optimizaci\u00f3n cargas tributarias a los bienes ra\u00edces, con el objeto de planificar y distribuir adecuadamente y seg\u00fan la realidad del contribuyente, el pago de impuestos asociado al dominio de un bien ra\u00edz, lo anterior, en especial consideraci\u00f3n a las reformas introducidas por la \u00faltima reforma tributaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    CONTRIBUCIONES: Modificamos el aval\u00fao fiscal de los bienes ra\u00edces y el monto de las contribuciones a que est\u00e1n obligados a cancelar.<\/strong> Lo anterior, con el objeto de corregir ante el Servicio Impuestos Internos el c\u00e1lculo efectuado para determinar el aval\u00fao fiscal del bien ra\u00edz y as\u00ed ajustarlo a la realidad y a la planificaci\u00f3n del contribuyente.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • La contribuci\u00f3n es un concepto distinto al de impuesto territorial; pero es un t\u00e9rmino que se asocia a este \u00faltimo por la costumbre, por lo que lo utilizamos como sin\u00f3nimos y de manera indistinta.<\/li>\n
    • El impuesto territorial o contribuci\u00f3n es un impuesto fiscal, ya que la ley entrega al Servicio de Impuestos Internos la tasaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles, la confecci\u00f3n del rol de aval\u00faos y la emisi\u00f3n del rol anual de contribuciones, entre otras funciones.<\/li>\n
    • Son obligados al pago: el propietario o concesionario del bien ra\u00edz.<\/li>\n
    • La Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (2018) recomienda a Chile, incrementar los impuestos sobre la propiedad, y orientar la tributaci\u00f3n hacia la propiedad y los da\u00f1os ambientales, entre otras medidas, para conseguir un crecimiento m\u00e1s SOSTENIBLE, aumentar la equidad y estimular el crecimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      CARGA TRIBUTARIA BIENES RA\u00cdCES: Optimizaci\u00f3n de las cargas tributarias que gravan al bien ra\u00edz,<\/strong> tales como impuesto a la renta, impuesto al Valor Agregado, impuesto de herencia y el impuesto de timbres y estampillas. Lo anterior, con el objeto de implementar las reformas tributarias que se han incorporado al conjunto de normas tributarias que gravan a los bienes ra\u00edces y as\u00ed optimizar su aplicaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la planificaci\u00f3n del contribuyente.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
