A los m\u00faltiples factores que determinan el monto de la tasaci\u00f3n, ahora se le agregar\u00e1 una tasa adicional que grava al \u201cpatrimonio en bienes ra\u00edces\u201d del contribuyente.<\/li>\n<li>Con la nueva reforma, si la tasaci\u00f3n de los bienes ra\u00edces del \u201cpatrimonio de bienes ra\u00edces\u201d de un RUT, supera los $400.000.000.- se aplicar\u00e1 una tasa adicional por el monto que exceda a este \u00faltimo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>RECOMENDACIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consultar habitualmente por el monto de la tasaci\u00f3n de cada uno de los bienes ra\u00edces que se sea due\u00f1o, antes del nuevo reaval\u00fao.<\/li>\n<li>Planificar la carga tributaria con que quedar\u00e1 el RUT due\u00f1o de los bienes ra\u00edces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><div class='avia-image-container  av-styling-    avia-builder-el-3  avia-builder-el-no-sibling   avia-align-center '  itemprop=\"image\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\"  ><div class='avia-image-container-inner'><div class='avia-image-overlay-wrap'><img class='avia_image' src='https:\/\/koehlerycia.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/contribuciones.jpg' alt='' title='' height=\"650\" width=\"550\"  itemprop=\"thumbnailUrl\"  \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contamos con expertos en asesor\u00eda legal inmobiliaria.
